This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. I brought my BMW to Custom Concepts for what was supposed to be a one-week turbo repair. Eight months later, the vehicle still was not repaired and had to be towed to another mechanic. The car was fully drivable when I dropped it off, but according to the mechanic who later inspected it, the engine had been severely damaged and the vehicle was left in far worse condition than when it arrived. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given reasons for the delays and remained patient, hoping the issue would eventually be resolved. Unfortunately, after waiting eight months with no satisfactory outcome, I had no choice but to remove my vehicle and seek help elsewhere. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Despite the damage and the extended delays, I received no meaningful resolution or compensation for the losses incurred. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Custom Concepts to anyone seeking reliable automotive repairs. If you value professionalism, communication, and timely service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This experience has cost me si

My experience with Custom Concepts Automotive has been one of the most frustrating and financially damaging situations I have ever encountered with a repair shop. I hired them to install an engine in my 2013 BMW with the clear expectation that the vehicle would be restored to proper working condition. Instead, they installed a 2014 engine, and from the moment I got the car back, it has never run properly. The vehicle continues to have serious performance issues and will not pass inspection β€” defeating the entire purpose of paying for an engine replacement. When I raised these concerns, I was told the engine was not the problem and that other surrounding components were to blame. Seeking clarity, I took the vehicle to two independent BMW-specialized shops: Flow BMW and Northwest Motor Works in Winston-Salem, NC. Both indicated that the engine was the likely source of the problem, and their assessments were documented on invoices. Despite presenting written documentation from two BMW-focused shops, I was unable to reach any meaningful resolution. I ultimately pursued the matter in court, believing the evidence supported my claim. Although the judge did not rule in my favor, that lega

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was overwhelmed and stressed out at the noise my car was making, it sounded so unsafe and turns out it was. A bolt had broken loose from my strut. Thankfully Richard and the team got me in quickly and they are fairly priced. I can’t thank them enough for getting me back on the road! Definitely would recommend to everyone
